Cultural Haritage Abundance in Abotabad Literary Festival

The Abotabad Literature Festival Pakistan came to an end here on Thursday, having organized a variety of activities over the course of two days to highlight Pakistan’s extensive cultural heritage.
It featured a panel discussion on the development of Pakistani women writers among other literary activities. With a literary reading, NUML Islamabad’s Dr. Snobar Altaf illuminated the audience. Her brief tale portrayed the situation of the present youth.

Coordinated by the Modernage Young ladies Grounds, the occasion commended writing and workmanship advancing four dialects – Urdu, English, Pashto and Hindko. The celebration was gone to by individuals from varying backgrounds. It began with ghazal singer Tina Sani’s spellbinding voice.

Syed Khurram Shah, a well-known poet, served as the competition’s moderator. Waheed Bismil’s Tale Telling session in Hindko emphasized the Hazara culture. The festival also featured the Urdu attraction known as Bait Bazi. Prestigious artist and author Ahmed Hussain Mujahid was the adjudicator at the opposition

When the literary works of legends like Ghalib, Ahmed Faraz, William Wordsworth, and Robert Frost were presented by artists, there was applause. The feature of the celebration was a board conversation that investigated the development of scholarly and creative articulation of ladies essayists in Pakistan.

Shakeel Awan, a well-known folk singer from the Hindko language, performed songs at the conclusion of the day. The subsequent day started with sports pundit and author M Toufeeq as the visitor. Youthful artiste Obaidullah honored Nusrat Fateh Ali, while Muhammad Awais introduced Farhatullah Baig’s scholarly work.

Alif Alfaz Tey Talafuz, Bait Bazi, and an art competition on “Speaking the Truth” were among the festival’s other competitions. “Students competed in a competition inspired by the English spelling bee in which they demonstrated their proficiency in both spelling and pronunciation of Urdu.

Prof. Zafar Iqbal, Prolific Artist and Head of the Department of Art & Design at Pak-Austria University, Haripur, was in charge of organizing the art competition. A Mushaira (poetry recital session) with well-known poets served as the event’s finale. The honorees were Mahboob Zaffar and Hassan Abbas Raza.
